Our head office is Union based in the heart of Manchester City Centre on Albert Square. You’ll spend the majority of your working day here, as well as travelling to our spaces across our regional portfolio - hyperlinked below are some examples of our portfolio:

The graduate rotation:
Over a 24 month contract starting in September 2027 you’d join as a cohort of 4x Real Estate Graduates. Starting with a robust induction period to understand the business, who we are and how we operate.
You’ll then rotate across four surveyor disciplines: Commercial, Account Management, Asset Management and Development. Giving you a well rounded perspective of Commercial Property, setting you up for success in your career and ready to take the steps to become a chartered surveyor.

What we’re looking for:
- Ideally you’ll have a RICS accredited degree with a passion for Commercial Property and the impact this has on our cities and our communities
- Any experience within property would be advantageous but not a necessity
- Any employment during study or out of term time will be taken into consideration but is not essential
- You’ll resonate with our values, understanding how we operate and the key to our success
- You’ll be curious and eager to learn, willing to travel around our portfolio and ask questions. Looking to gather the knowledge to innovate and make an impact early within your role
- We’ll be taking into account your short paragraph on why you are interested, your favourite value of ours and why. As well as your biggest achievement - all questions asked on the application form.

What happens next?
- The closing date for applications will be Friday 30th October
- All applicants will receive feedback by Wednesday 11th November
- If your application is successful you’ll get a call from our Talent team to discuss the role, Bruntwood SciTech and the Assessment Day further
- The assessment day will be Friday 20th November, please make sure you are available for this day
- You’ll receive an email or a phone call with feedback by Friday 27th November depending on your preference.
