This is a true commercial business partnering role, the data you interrogate and present will directly influence business decisions across key departments. You’ll work closely with asset management, finance, leasing, property management, and senior leadership teams to provide accurate insights, performance reporting, and business intelligence that will drive portfolio performance and strategic growth.

Ways of working:

Our culture is built around working together in teams in the office. We've designed our spaces to maximise collaboration, team interaction and productivity to drive our purpose of Creating Thriving Cities. We truly believe we can't create thriving cities from home. Instead, we need to work right in the heart of them, experience them, understand their dynamics and be very much part of them. This shared sense of commitment and purpose is a core part of our culture.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proficiency with data systems such as Power BI, experienced in designing dashboards and building data models, as well as advanced capability within Excel

  • Experience of using built-in AI tools in the likes of Power BI or similar programs to develop workflows and innovative solutions.
  • SQL skills to blend datasets and investigate data
  • Experience in taking ownership of data sets, with solid knowledge of data ethics and governance
  • A data driven degree in Maths, Finance, Data Science or similar would be beneficial, however we’re open to other non-degree routes into data analytics
  • Experience within Real Estate isn’t a must, however it’s important you have commercially driven analytics experience, driving commercial decision making through data across business divisions
  • You’ll love working with passionate people, influencing decision making through your data expertise to see short/medium and long term tangible impact
  • You’ll enjoy being the conduit between teams, linking commercial goals through data to drive outcomes
