You’ll be based at our Centre City office in the main and travel to our our sites which are all in close vicinity.
Job purpose:
Supporting the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for marketing Bruntwood SciTech’s award-winning Birmingham portfolio which includesall the assets outlined above. The role is very much a hands on marketing role, taking accountability and ownership of Marketing for the Birmingham portfolio, curating marketing plans as well as executing them.
What you’ll be doing:
- Alongside the Head of Marketing, you will lead the marketing strategy for Birmingham, delivering plans and activity in order to achieve our key lettings and retention targets
- You will act as a brand guardian for both Bruntwood SciTech and assist in brand building and place-making creation
- Managing the creation and production of marketing materials across different mediums including CGIs, videography, brochures, photography, hoarding, social media assets
- Developing engaging PR for key milestones and deals and managing the stakeholder approval process effectively
- Building strong relationships with the Commercial, Asset Management and internal project teams to collectively deliver our Birmingham business plan
- Working closely with our central content and digital marketing teams to create and lead on integrated campaigns to support commercial objectives and increase lead generation
- Analysing and reporting on campaign performance and effectiveness, in order to drive improved conversions
- Working effectively with a range of national and sector suppliers, partners, stakeholders to identify and leverage opportunities
- Staying ahead of industry trends for the commercial property, tech and science sectors
What we’re looking for:
- Experience managing end to end marketing campaigns from inception to completion, thinking creatively and pragmatically to achieve commercial success
- Ability to work autonomously within a marketing capacity, driving and taking ownership of campaigns
- A keen collaborator, working with other departments to drive successful campaigns, leaning on different areas of expertise and knowledge
- Experience managing senior stakeholders
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple marketing projects at a time
- Ideally you’ll have a marketing related degree or equivalent qualification
- Commercially focused with a keen interest in property, tech, innovation and science
- Someone who is comfortable with a hands-on role in a growing and ambitious startup environment
