You’ll predominantly be based at our Union office in the centre of Manchester, working with our wider interior design team of 6. However you’ll also travel to our wider portfolio to stage a real mix of commercial spaces across Liverpool, Leeds and Birmingham using our van provided. You’ll have plenty of notice, typically 3-6 months on where you’ll be staging and when.

Job purpose:
You'll dress and style receptions and office suites across our portfolio, creating environments that feel considered, high-quality and unmistakably Bruntwood SciTech. From preparing suites for viewings to refreshing reception schemes, your work will help customers feel at home from the moment they arrive. You’ll be working closely with a lead interior designer, to curate packages in line with the design intent for the project.
What we’re looking for:
- We’re open to staging experience across visual merchandising, residential and commercial
- A real passion for interior design, thinking creatively about how we present our buildings and the spaces within them
- Driving licence and willingness to travel across our portfolio
- InDesign and professional photography experience would be beneficial but not essential
What you’ll be doing:
- Curate and create dressing & artwork packages to be incorporated into client facing design presentations
- Styling and dressing reception areas and office suites to a consistently high standard
- Preparing spaces for customer viewings, launches and handovers
- Arranging furniture, artwork, accessories and planting to bring spaces to life
- Maintaining visual standards across multiple buildings and campuses
- Looking after our furniture and styling assets with care and pride
- Working safely, efficiently and with attention to detail
- Collaborating with the wider interior design team to effectively deliver staging solutions
- Effectively manage your time between buildings and storage
