Job purpose:
You’ll cover a broad range of activities — from device management and infrastructure support to user onboarding and cloud/system admin — all within a busy, hands-on environment.
You’ll be supporting users across a variety of technologies and locations, helping to keep everything running smoothly — from laptops and mobiles to printers, AV kit and meeting room tech.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in an IT support or operations role
- Confident troubleshooting a wide range of devices and systems
- Practical experience with laptop builds, mobile setup, printer and AV support
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to local sites/offices (we will provide a car for travel)
Any of the below would be an added bonus:
- Working towards or holding IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, SDA, or ITIL
- Experience using ManageEngine tools and Google Workspace
- Exposure to Salesforce or similar business platforms
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing first and second line support for end users across Bruntwood locations
- Setting up and supporting Windows and Mac laptops, Android/iOS devices, and printers
- Supporting and troubleshooting AV and meeting room technology
- Managing the full starter/leaver process — from device builds to account provisioning
- Supporting Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet) and other internal applications
- Monitoring systems, patching devices, and assisting with infrastructure maintenance
- Administering Active Directory, backups, and basic cloud services
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues through system monitoring tools
- Escalating incidents to appropriate internal resolver groups when needed
- Supporting project delivery alongside BAU operations
