  • Creating, implementing and managing operational objectives for your area, whilst remaining nimble and adaptable to the constantly changing environment.
  • You’ll be responsible for the end to end employee lifecycle from start to finish. You’ll be an expert when it comes to finding, growing and keeping talent, leading, inspiring and supporting our teams to deliver their best work.
  • Rolling up your sleeves and helping to shape a service that can be scaled for growth. You’ll pay attention to, manage, and execute on the small details.

  • We are looking for you to demonstrate experience of leading, managing and developing teams.
  • Experience of managing a remote team across multiple sites is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of delivering a consistent high standard of service to customers and demonstrable experience of delivering this in a fast paced, commercial environment - the desire to deliver a brilliant service is paramount to you.

  • You’ll be able to effectively engage with a cross-functional team and will have exceptional listening, communication and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.
  • Experience working autonomously and taking a data-driven approach to drive commercial decisions.
