Job purpose:

The Supplier Relationship Team is part of Bruntwood’s Property Management team.  The team has a number of activities that they complete for the business, including the management of our external supplier partners and ensuring that the relationship with those suppliers is strong

If you have the ability to build strong relationships with supply partners, colleagues and have a strong customer focus, this role is for you.

You will be joining the Supplier Relationship Team in our lovely head office Union, working closely with the Contract Operations Coordinator and Central Helpdesk Team, but also colleagues from the Risk and Finance teams.

What you do:

  • Obtaining the necessary approvals to process all new supplier requests.
  • Working with new suppliers to obtain all required risk, insurance and financial documentation.
  • Maintaining supplier compliance, liaising closely with the Risk Management team.
  • Verifying suppliers with HMRC for CIS Contractor/Sub-Contractor.
  • Actively managing the preferred supplier list alongside the Procurement and Supplier Management
  • team.
  • Supporting the Procurement and Supply team on projects as required.
  • Providing monthly data and insight on our supply chain.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience of using Excel to manage data.
  • Ability to use multiple systems like: Google Drive, Salesforce are not essential for the role, just the willingness/ability to learn.
  • Experience of having worked in an admin focused role, using high volumes of information and data to provide insight to support good decision making.
  • You must be able to spin many plates at once and be exceptional at prioritising.
  • You’ll be an excellent communicator with a confident and engaging team player approach. You’ll equally be proactive and able to work under your own initiative.
  • You’ll have good GCSE passes, particularly in Maths and English.
