Sustainability at Bruntwood

You'll be based at our Union office on Albert Square in Manchester City Centre.

Job purpose:

As a manager you’ll look after a team of four, managing inbound leads into the business through our website and other marketing channels. As a team you’ll be responsible as a collective in contacting the leads to qualify their interests and subsequently set up viewings for the Commercial Sales team to convert into tenants.

Key focus areas:

  • Response time to leads
  • Quality of the leads passed over to the commercial team
  • Utilising system/process and reporting to improve day to day efficiencies in collaboration with the commercial and marketing teams

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a positive and engaging team manager who takes pride in their output and enjoys developing teams. You’ll want to work in an entrepreneurial business that welcomes change and ideas to improve processes - giving you job satisfaction and routes to progress your career. You’ll have experience of managing lead conversion/qualification - understanding how to maximise potential prospects.

We’d be keen for you to have shared values in our purpose to create communities and push boundaries in the Commercial Property field.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide leadership, day to day management and development to help grow the team and to achieve core business objectives.
  • Leading by example, managing  inbound leads for our products. Ensuring a quick response time and collating quality leads for the commercial team.
  • Assessing customer and prospective customer needs through telephone, email, SMS and live chat, evaluating our product range for best fit and if there isn’t anything immediate, discussing alternative options.
  • Manage a multi-stage lead follow-up process that ensures we maximise the conversion of initial interest to opportunity and viewing.
  • Collaborate with and support the Commercial team by managing the enquiry pipeline, booking in viewings and driving deals through to completion.
  • Logging all leads and live enquiries onto our CRM and use the system to effectively manage lead tasks.
  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs around lead conversion - analysing key metrics such as time to respond and quality of leads transferred over.

We really believe that if you’re brilliant to work with, you deserve brilliant things in return:

  • 28 days holiday plus you get your Birthday off work - and if that’s not enough you can also buy & sell holidays too
  • 24 hours a year volunteer time - there are endless opportunities for you to get involved in supporting the causes that matter most to you
  • Sabbatical of up to 12 months so you can take a career break after five years with us
  • Free Healthcare cash plan for all colleagues, so you can claim back medical expenses like optical, dentist & physiotherapy. We also offer free private healthcare cover on an opt in basis too
  • Life assurance cover for all colleagues
  • Up to 8% matched pension scheme
  • Discounts & cashback at leading retailers
  • Enhanced maternity / shared parental leave - 26 weeks fully paid leave
  • Interest free loans to pursue your passions and apply for up to £2000 towards learning a new skill

In addition to what to expect within the role and your benefits, it’s good to know that you’ll be working for a business that gives back - The Oglesby Charitable Trust has donated more than £30m since it started out in 2001. Supporting charities across Arts and Culture, Education, Environment, Medical Research and Social & Health Inequality.

We’ll do our best to get back to you within a week of your application, however if it has been longer than this please feel free to email talent@bruntwood.co.uk for an update.

If you're interested in applying for the role please don't hesitate as we'll be conducting interviews prior to the closing date.
