Job purpose: 

The role will involve working with the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver the new prospect acquisition digital strategy to drive the growth of quality leads, viewings and resulting revenue, supporting delivery of the core business plan. It will also include working alongside the rest of the marketing team and our content team.

What you’ll be doing: 

You’ll be working with the Digital Marketing Manager to:

  • Develop, manage, and implement digital marketing plans.
  • Support in the management of PPC, SEO, Display and Paid Social campaigns, optimisation, and analysis.
  • Deliver email marketing campaigns through the creation of email automation/nurture journeys via marketing cloud. This will involve undertaking copywriting and visual design responsibilities to create engaging and effective email content, and scheduling and managing sends.
  • Monitor, report, and analyse results to improve performance, using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Working collaboratively with other internal functions within the organisation

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a love of working with and being around people.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Keen interest in property, tech, innovation and science.
  • Willingness to travel to understand and get to know the different buildings and campuses within the portfolio across the UK.
